Key Recent Experiences: Acts for Embassy of Israel as legal counsel and partners regarding the afforestation program that the Embassy launched and would be carried out in several forests within Kenya, advises on the financial and technical support aspects of the program. She also advises the Embassy on other aspects of the law touching on diverse matters. Caroline is Incorporating and advising on the set up of Tomae Kenya Limited a subsidiary of Tomae Limited, Jamaica (an investment project arising from the first LAC Africa Business Summit held in Nairobi in 2016), advising on government contracts and partnerships and acting as legal counsel.
